Who we are

Curi* is a trading name of Curi Global Ltd. Curi Global Ltd is responsible for the personal information covered by this notice.

What we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide:

• your name and email address;
• your organisation, if you provide it;
• how you would like to be involved; and
• anything you include in your message.

We also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the form from misuse.

How we use it

We use your information to read and respond to your enquiry, understand your interest in Curi*, and continue the conversation where appropriate. We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you contact us.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in exploring potential professional, commercial or investment relationships. We only use information that is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Where it is held and who receives it

Your enquiry is stored securely with the service that hosts this website and is sent by email to Curi Global Ltd. We use trusted service providers to host the website, store enquiry records and deliver notification emails. They process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we require appropriate safeguards for the transfer of personal information.

How long we keep it

We normally keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact. We may keep relevant information for longer if a working relationship develops, or where we need it to meet a legal or regulatory obligation. We delete information when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, or ask for it to be transferred.

Cookies and tracking

We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies. The website may use essential technologies needed to operate securely and deliver the service you request. If we introduce non-essential tracking, we will update this notice and provide an appropriate choice.
